Rose quartz
Rose quartz is a type of quartz which exhibits a pale pink to rose red hue. The color is usually considered as due to trace amounts of titanium, iron, or manganese, in the massive material. Some rose quartz contains microscopic rutile needles which produces an asterism in transmitted light. Recent X-ray diffraction studies suggest that the color is due to thin microscopic fibers of possibly dumortierite within the massive quartz.

In crystal form (rarely found) it is called pink quartz and its color is thought due to trace amounts of phosphate or aluminium. The color in crystals is apparently photosensitive and subject to fading. The first crystals were found in a pegmatite found near Rumford, Maine, USA, but most crystals on the market come from Minas Gerais, Brazil.

Rose Quartz is not popular as a gem; the mineral is generally too cloudy and not clear enough to be cut into a gem. Very rarely, some rose quartz is suitable. Rose Quartz is more often carved into figures such as people or hearts. Hearts are commonly found because Rose Quartz is pink and an affordable mineral.

Lead crystal
Lead crystal, (also called crystal), is lead glass that has been hand or machine cut with facets. Lead oxide added to the molten glass gives lead crystal a much higher index of refraction than normal glass, and consequently much greater "sparkle". The presence of lead also makes the glass softer and easier to cut. Crystal can consist of up to 35% lead, at which point it has the most sparkle. The higher lead content also makes it much more difficult to form crystal during manufacturing. Englishman George Ravenscroft discovered crystal in 1676.

Makers of lead crystal objects include Baccarat and J.G.Durand in France, Royal Leerdam Crystal of the Netherlands, Steuben Glass in the United States, Waterford Crystal in Ireland, Mikasa in Japan, Swarovski in Austria and Preciosa in Czech Republic .

Wire Wrapped Beads
1.  The Bead and Wire Chain This is an extremely versatile technique which can be used for making bracelets, necklaces, or even earrings, so it's no surprise that's it has been so well received. In addition to making a chain using wire and beads, many wire lovers also like to wrap the beads in the chain with wire. As with the chain itself, this method of wire work is pretty  has endless possibilities.

2.  If wrap the beads you need to take a few extra steps.you'll need: Wire, Beads,Round-nosed pliers,Wire cutters,Chain-nosed pliers,Jewelers' files.

3.  Use dead-soft Silver wire  for this. The size of wire depends on the size of the hole in your beads. However, the sizes will vary. For example, if I'm using pearls to make this type of chain, I usually use 5mm or 6mm sterling silver wire. If my beads are a little larger, I like to use 6mm or 8mm sterling silver  wire.
